I had a wonderful experience even though it was not the best time as my cat needed medical attention. Thank you Dr Hancock!

Dr. Keith and his staff are simply the best!!! I highly recommend them! My beloved cockatiel was very sick and Dr. Keith said he would do everything he could to help her. We all thought that she wouldn't make it. They were all professional, extremely empathetic and just overall caring. I was just a mess. He kept her overnight from Tuesday to Friday and she is coming home today! We are so thankful he saved our precious Kiki! And the low cost bill shocked me! Thank you Dr. Keith and your staff so very much! We are so blessed to have you as our vet!

They injured my pet during teeth extraction. He suffered daily severe seizures over the following year until he had to be put down. Middle-aged cat with no neurological issues prior to the extraction. This ultimately turned out to be one of the most heartbreaking and horrifying experiences of my life. “We just need to get over the hump.” That was all they would say, over and over again until I switched vets, taking all of my animals with me. They caused the “hump.” I spent over $10,000 trying to save my cat. I wish I had never taken my boy to this place. It’s become a nightmare that I can’t erase from my memory. Wish I could give 0 stars.

CVC has always treated me and my animals with the best service and kindest staff. They have even come to my house to assist with an euthanasia, which made the family very happy to be in a comfortable place.
